Common questions regarding billing and volume scaling
A transaction is defined as a unique debit or credit posted to a reconciled cash account, accounts payable subledger, or accounts receivable subledger during the calendar month. Purely internal elimination entries generated automatically by Closeloop do not consume transaction allowances.
Closeloop never shuts off reconciliation or blocks access to your books during close week. If transaction volume spikes beyond your tier allowance during a seasonal rush, additional volume is billed at a transparent rate of $0.015 per transaction, or you may upgrade to the next tier retroactively.
Yes. Additional legal entities can be added to the Growth or Scale plans for $175 per entity per month, including reciprocal intercompany ledger connections.
Never. We believe auditing should be transparent and seamless. All Closeloop plans include unlimited read-only external auditor seats with access to testing workpapers, cryptographic event trails, and source documentation binders.
